San Antonio residents get discounted admission at San Antonio Zoo Monday

SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) — San Antonio residents are getting a break in admission price at the zoo today.
We’re not monkeying around.
It’s PNC Bank Local’s Day which mean the admission for city residents is only 8 bucks.
On a typical day, admission to the San Antonio Zoo is 17 dollars for children and 21 bucks for adults.
The zoo wants to show its appreciation to those who have been supporters throughout the years.
Getting the admission discount is simple, just show up at the front gate and show your proof of San Antonio residency.
The zoo will have PNC Bank Local’s Days once a month through the end of the year.
It will be open today from 9 A.M. until 5 P.M.
