SAPD investigating fatal shooting on North Side

SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) — The search is on for a suspect after a man was shot and killed on the North Side early Saturday morning.

The San Antonio Police Department responded to the shooting around 2:15 a.m. in the 3800 block of Blanco Road. Upon arrival, officers were told by witnesses the 22-year-old victim had gotten into an argument with the suspect, who left the area initially.

Investigators say that suspect returned later on with a gun and shot the victim multiple times. The victim was taken to the hospital by others at the scene, but he was pronounced dead after arrival.

There is no information on the suspect or a vehicle.
