SAPD: Man arrested, accused of trying to stab sister on South Side

SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) — The San Antonio Police Department is investigating multiple stabbings on the South Side.

Investigators say a woman called 911 Thursday around 6:30 p.m. and told dispatch her brother tried to stab her. She also says the suspect stabbed their older brother before leaving the scene in the 1100 block of Linden Avenue.

KENS 5 reports the older brother had a cut on his chest, which was considered non-life threatening.

Officers later found the suspect and placed him under arrest. He has been charged with aggravated assault on family/household.
