SeaWorld Modifies COVID Safety Policy

SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) — Fully vaccinated visitors of Sea World San Antonio and Aquatica will not be required to wear a face mask.

A SeaWorld spokesperson announced the policy change Friday.

“Based on the recently announced guidance from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control, we are modifying our policy regarding face coverings at some of our SeaWorld parks. Face coverings will no longer be required for guests at SeaWorld Orlando and SeaWorld San Antonio who are fully vaccinated in accordance with CDC guidance.”

SeaWorld park employees are still required to wear face coverings for now and the park continues to monitor and address this changing environment as necessary.

If you are not fully vaccinated, you are still asked to wear a face mask and keep six feet away from others.

You are not required to provide proof of immunization, but visitors are asked to “respectfully comply” with the eased policy.
