Section of San Antonio highway closed due to fatal crash

SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) — Eastbound 1604 at 281 is closed due to a fatal crash on the far south side.
This happened at around 2 AM and it involved one vehicle.
One man was thrown from the car, another was pinned inside. One of the men was pronounced dead at the scene while the other was sent to a hospital.
Crews are still conducting an investigation into the cause of the crash.
