Security guard at San Antonio strip club shoots man who was trying to rob people in the parking lot
SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) — An attempted robbery is brought to an end by a security guard at a San Antonio strip club.
It happened at around 12:30 A.M. Monday at Perfect 10 on Northwest Loop 410 near San Pedro.
KSAT-12 reports a man who had just set a stolen car on fire at a nearby gas station, stole a second vehicle and drove to the strip club. He crashed into some other vehicles before rolling down his window and pointing a gun at some people in the parking lot.
He tired to rob the group but he was spotted by a security guard at the club. The guard pulled his weapon and shot the man in the head.
He is currently in critical condition at University Hospital.
The man’s name and age haven’t been released and the incident is still under investigation.
