SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) — You know what they say about eating green M&M’s?

Turns out, that’s not true. They are not an aphrodisiac.

However, nutritionist say there are certain foods that can boost your sex drive.

An article by Shape Magazine reports black raspberries, figs, watermelon, and even broccoli are great when you want to get busy.

The article states that eggs have also been found to increase bedroom stamina and cloves…. are a “sex superfood”.

Figs are considered excellent stimulants of fertility and you shouldn’t underestimate the power lettuce will have on your love life.

Now, if you want to kill the mood (Why? Why would you want to do that?), a big glass of milk and some Oreo’s will do the trick.

Processed baked goods and dairy will lower your libido.

The myth about oysters cranking up your anxiousness is just that..a myth. In fact, it’s recommend you avoid all shellfish when you want fool around.

So the next time you see your partner putting together a shopping list that includes watermelon, broccoli and eggs, make sure you have Marvin Gaye and Barry White playing when they get back from H.E.B.
