Shots fired by several people at an apartment complex on San Antonio’s Southeast side

SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) — Multiple shots were fired by several people at a Southeast side apartment complex late Monday night.

Police say they were called to Spanish Spur Apartments on Pecan Valley Drive at around 11:45 P.M.

That’s where nearly two dozen shots were fired. It appears the shots were in retaliation for an earlier altercation between someone in the apartments and the shooters.

Two units were hit but no injuries have been reported. There were several children inside the apartment units were the shots were fired.

Police believe there were at least 8 people who opened fire at the building.

The investigation and search for the shooters continues.
