SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) — A Texas based website has analyzed search information from Google to find the most popular Christmas song in Texas.

BetTexas.com, a sports betting consumer information portal, used search data from the past 12 months to find out which holiday favorite Texans are looking for the most.

Here are the top 5:

#5. Rockin’ Around the Christmas Tree by Brenda Lee. The song was originally released in1958 and has 41460 searches.

#4. Mistletoe by Justin Bieber is the newest song in the top 5. Released in 2011 it had 76770 in the past year.

#3 with 78080 searches, It’s The Most Wonderful Time of the Year by Andy Williams, released in 1963.

#2 All I Want For Christmas Is You by Mariah Carey. Released in 1994, it comes in with 104520 Google searches.

And the number 1 most searched for online by Texans

Last Christmas by Wham! with 136950. The song was originally relased in 1984 as the B side to their hit “Careless Whiesper”.

Coincidentally, Mariah Carey is currently sitting at number 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 Chart while Wham! is ranked at number 9.

Mariah is also getting more plays on the music streaming service Spotify with 1.3 billion plays. Wham! is not too far behind with just over 1 billion streams as well.
