Store clerk stabbed in neck on Northwest Side, suspect at large

SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) — The San Antonio Police Department is investigating a stabbing that put one person in the hospital.

Officers were called to the Bandera Food Mart in the 1800 block of Bandera Road around 10 a.m. Investigators say a man had walked into the store blasting loud music, but when the clerk asked him to turn it down police say they were stabbed in the neck.

KENS 5 reports the victim was rushed to the hospital in critical condition.

The suspect ran away after the stabbing, and he is described as wearing a black sweater and black pants.
