Suspected Honduran immigrant gets stuck when trying to jump from moving train

SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) — A suspected Honduran immigrant is in the hospital after he got stuck while trying to jump from a moving train.

San Antonio Police were called to Quintana Road at around 1 A.M. Tuesday. The officers met up with three men who reported that they were on a train with another man.

They all tried jumping off but one of them got his leg stuck in a door and he was hanging from the train as it continued moving.

The train was at Buzz Aldrin Drive in Kirby when it stopped and firefighters were able to free the man. He’s receiving treatment for some minor injuries.

Police believe the men boarded the train in Mexico.
