Suspects throw AR-15 out the window during police chase

SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) – Three suspects are behind bars after throwing an AR-15 rifle out of a vehicle during a police chase.

When the pursuit ended, officers say they also recovered a pistol that was reported stolen in San Antonio, and a shotgun that was taken in a vehicle burglary last month in Pleasanton.  They  also found methamphetamines, marijuana and assorted pills in the car.

Twenty-five-year-old Miguel Rangel, identified by officers as a confirmed gang member, was arrested along with 35-year-old April Segura and 40-year-old Jessica Aguilar.
