Suspicious fire on San Antonio’s Northwest side destroys building housing several small businesses

SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) — A building housing several businesses on the Northwest side has been destroyed by fire.

Flames were burning through the building in the 1400 block of West Hilderbrand Avenue when firefighters arrived just after 1 A.M.

In spite of their efforts, crews weren’t able to prevent the building from being a total loss.

As far as the cause, that’s not known but arson investigators are on the scene.

No injuries were reported.
