Ted Cruz campaign releases contribution totals for second quarter of 2021

SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) — Senator Ted Cruz’s re-election campaign is releasing the amount of money raised during the second quarter of 2021.
Between Ted Cruz for Senate, Ted Cruz Victory Committee, and Jobs, Freedom, Security PAC, the campaign brought in $5,023,885.
The announcement states the campaign has $6,293,425 cash on hand.
Cruz received almost 120,000 total contributions from over 89,000 donors.
98% of the donations were less than $100 with the average donation amounting to $37.
The total amount raised for the year so far is $10.3 million.
