SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) — Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton is concerned about election integrity across the Lone Star State, and there is an ongoing investigation that now seems to be targeting three counties in the region.

KENS-5 reports multiple search warrants were executed in Bexar, Atascosa and Frio counties on Tuesday. Paxton’s Election Integrity Unit reportedly got a referral from 81st District Attorney Audrey Louis about possible fraud and vote harvesting dating back to the 2022 election.

Attorney General Paxton set up the Elections Integrity Unit after the controversial 2020 presidential election.

This is a developing story and KTSA News will give more details when they are available.
