HOUSTON (AP) — James Harden scored 40 points, including five critical ones down the stretch to lead the Houston Rockets to a 103-98 comeback win over the Orlando Magic. Houston trailed by as many as 16 and never led until there were about four minutes remaining.

SAN ANTONIO (AP) — LaMarcus Aldridge had 30 points, nine rebounds and six assists, and the San Antonio Spurs beat the Washington Wizards 132-119 to snap a two-game skid at home. The Spurs were without leading scorer DeMar DeRozan, but had seven players in double figures. Reserve Davis Bertans had a season-high 21 points after missing the previous two games. Washington lost its 19th straight in San Antonio. Tomas Satoransky had a season-high 21 points, which were matched by Bradley Beal.
DALLAS (AP) — Kawhi Leonard scored 33 points to help the Toronto Raptors overcome a triple-double from Dallas rookie Luka Doncic in a 123-120 win over the Mavericks. Pascal Siakam’s three-point play snapped a 108-108 tie with 3:56 remaining as the Raptors recovered from a seven-point deficit early in the fourth quarter. Doncic, who will turn 20 on Feb. 28, finished with a career-high 35 points, 12 rebounds and 10 assists to become the first teenager in NBA history with two triple-doubles.
HOUSTON (AP) — Chris Paul will return for the Houston Rockets against the Orlando Magic after missing the last 17 games with a strained left hamstring. The nine-time All-Star has been out since he was injured Dec. 20 in a loss at Miami.
TULSA, Okla. (AP) — Armoni Brooks scored 22 points, including six 3-pointers, and No. 17 Houston became the first Division I men’s team to reach 20 wins this season, beating Tulsa 77-65. The Cougars used a 49-24 rebounding edge to stay in control.
COLLEGE STATION, Texas (AP) — Chennedy Carter and Kayla Wells each scored 20 points and No. 24 Texas A&M held off No. 15 Kentucky 73-71. Wells made a pair of free throws with five minutes left to give the Aggies a 10-point lead before Kentucky’s Maci Morris got hot.
NORMAN, Okla. (AP) — uicy Landrum scored 21 points, Kalani Brown added 20 and No. 2 Baylor extended its Big 12 Conference winning streak to 30 games, rolling past Oklahoma 74-53. Chloe Jackson added 10 points and Lauren Cox had seven points and 12 rebounds for Baylor (17-1, 7-0 Big 12), which could move into the top spot in the AP Top 25 on Monday, since current No. 1 Notre Dame lost Sunday at North Carolina.
GAINESVILLE, Fla. (AP) — Florida has hired University of Texas at San Antonio assistant David Turner as the team’s defensive line coach. Turner has 33 years of coaching experience, including four with Gators coach Dan Mullen at Mississippi State. Turner has 16 years of coaching experience in the Southeastern Conference spanning stops at Texas A&M, Mississippi State, Kentucky, Alabama and Vanderbilt. Turner replaces Sal Sunseri, who left the Gators to join Alabama’s staff.
