Thousands of San Antonio CPS Energy customers in dark

SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) — Rain was a welcome sight for many Thursday night, but the strong storms that moved through the region also knocked out power to over 10,000 CPS Energy customers.

As of 10:10 p.m., CPS Energy was reporting more than 12,900 customers were without power.
