SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) — A woman and three children have been found dead near the Mexican border.
The Hidalgo County Sheriff sent out a tweet Sunday night stating that two infants, a toddler and a 20-year-old woman were found dead by border patrol agents near the Rio Grande River.
The discovery was made at the Las Paloma Wildlife Management Area which is located near McAllen.
Since the bodies were found in a federal wildlife management area, FBI agents will be leading the investigation.
