Trey Ware Shares an Email From Great Americans Who Let Nothing Stand in Their Way To Honor Fallen Heroes!

I wanted to share this email with you to let you know about these great men who don’t let anything, even the threat of icy roads, stand in their way when it comes to honoring our nation’s heroes.

Thank you, Luis, for what you do.

Trey, I debated whether to drive yesterday morning to the Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery to perform my volunteer work.

As I usually do in the morning, I was listening to you when you said that I-35 was wet and clear. I trusted your judgment. I departed at 05:30, and the road was entirely clear.

Upon my arrival to the National Cemetery, I texted my volunteer veterans to let them know that I had safely arrived at FSHNC.  13 volunteers came out to pay tribute to our fallen heroes because of your weather report.

It was a cold day, but we provided honors to nine fallen heroes!
