TREY’s TAKE: Hope Has Had Enough

By TREY WARE March 1, 2018

WH Communications Director Hope Hicks tendered her resignation yesterday, one day after a grueling 9 hour testimony before congress concerning Russia/Trump, and more.

At 29, Hicks is the youngest Communications Director in history, and Trump’s longest serving aid.

She’s smart, sharp, and buttoned up.

The President said, “She is as smart and thoughtful as they come, a truly great person.”

And that is why she’s getting out.

She’s a great person and she’s had enough of the swamp.

Chief of Staff General John Kelly said Hicks did a “tremendous job” and “to say that she will be missed is an understatement.”

I think he’s right. Her leaving is going to be a big blow for Trump.
