SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) — A late night crash claims two lives on San Antonio’s South side.
Police were called to the intersection of Research Plaza and South New Braunfels at around 10 P.M. Wednesday.
FOX 29 reports the driver of a Dodge Challenger was in a street race when he lost control.
The car went off the road and rolled over into a creek.
Firefighters waded to the partially submerged car and found the bodies of a man and a woman.
They were both pronounced dead at the scene. Their names and ages haven’t been released.
The crash is still under investigation.
