SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) — Two houses were shot at in western Bexar County early Tuesday morning.

The Bexar County Sheriff’s Office said two teens, ages 14 and 15, drove a stolen car to a house on Bald Mountain — off of Loop 1604 and Marbach Road — just after midnight.  Someone in the car fired a gun at a house.

They then turned around and shot at another house.

A 25-year-old woman who was working on her computer inside one of the houses was shot and killed.

Another woman who was an Airbnb tenant was also wounded in the shooting.

The sheriff’s office found a car that matched the description of the suspects’ vehicle and chased it on U.S. 90.  It then became a foot chase near Acme Road, where the two teens were arrested by San Antonio police.

There’s a possibility that there was a third suspect who bailed out of the car.

Investigators say the teens were targeting a home, but shot the wrong one.  Bexar County Sheriff Javier Salazar said people inside a nearby house fired back at the teens and investigators believe that may have been the intended target.
