TX Elex Chief: Prez Vote Can’t Be Rigged

Donald Trump thinks the election is rigged, but Texas’ Secretary of State said it’s unlikely.

“If someone would want to do something like that, they’d have to figure out how to hack into 254 different locations,” Carlos Cascos said at a press conference Thursday.

And the chance of that? “Highly unlikely, very improbable,” he said.

He’s not concerned about some sort of nationwide voter rigging epidemic.

“I certainly don’t believe that it’s going to happen in Texas,” he said.

What about voter fraud in Texas? “Yes, it happens,” he insisted.

To what degree? “I don’t know and I don’t think that anybody has a really good handle on it, but I can tell you every vote counts.”
