SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) – A video showing a member of the UTSA cheer squad doing a 100-yard tumbling pass has gone viral.
Tyriq Kuykendall tumbled and back-flipped his way from one end zone to the other to cheer on the Roadrunners last weekend at the Alamodome.
Tens of thousands have seen the video on Twitter and many asked if the 21-year-old gymnast got dizzy or nauseated during the rare feat.
Kuykendall told mysa.com that his legs did start to feel week, but his teammates followed him and cheered him on during the 100-yard tumbling pass.
One called him “super human.”
Y’all asked for it, so I gave it to y’all. #100yards pic.twitter.com/JEYQmetqlt
