Woman found dead in Downtown San Antonio parking lot

A woman was found dead in a Downtown San Antonio parking lot Sunday morning.

San Antonio police say they got a call just before 10 a.m. to the northwest corner of West Travis and North Flores and saw the woman — described as white and in her late 40s — lying over a pipe railing.

She was pronounced dead at the scene.

Medical crews said the woman had head trauma.

Police have not been able to identify her yet and are investigating her death as a murder.
