Woman recovering from hit and run on San Antonio’s Northeast side

SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) — A hit and run on San Antonio’s Northeast side sent a woman to the hospital.
At around 6 A.M. Monday she was crossing at the intersection of Nacogdoches and Hillpoint.
A car sped through the yellow light and hit her.
The driver didn’t stop and there is no accurate description of the vehicle.
Police say when they locate the driver they will be charged with failing to stop and render aid.
The victim is being treated at Brooke Army Medical Center.
