Woman taken into custody after crashing her car in a construction zone

The Bexar County support deputy constable was injured in the crash and is currently being treated for a concussion at an area hospital.

SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) — A bad choice made by a woman in her 20s was made even worse when she crashed her car at a construction zone.
It happened late Wednesday night at Southbound Loop 410 and Highway 151.
The woman went through some construction cones and crashed into another car.
That car belonged to an off-duty constable who was directing traffic at the scene.
The woman decided she wasn’t going to stick around and tried to drive off but her car got stuck.
She was brought into custody for suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
