Worst of Severe Weather Ahead?

We’ve already had some pretty intense weather roll through the Lone Star State but it could just be the beginning.

Nick Hampshire at the National Weather Service says May is the peak month for tornados in Texas.

He says there’s nothing brewing in the near future but the conditions in May are perfect for tornado activity.

The weather service reminds Texans to be prepared to act quick if a tornado is reported in your area.

They says to make a plan by finding the safest place in your home, usually at the lowest point of the most interior room.
