SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) — Traffic in South Bexar County was tied up Thursday morning due to a crash involving an 18-wheeler.
Police say at around 4:30 a.m., a motorist was driving North in the Southbound lane of I-37 near Braunig Lake.
The driver then crashed into an oncoming 18-wheeler, causing their vehicle to roll over.
They’ve been brought to a hospital where they are said to be in critical condition.
The truck driver was not hurt in the crash.
