San Antonio Police searching for group of juveniles who attacked and robbed an elderly woman on the city’s West Side

SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) — San Antonio Police are hoping you can help them track down a group of people who assaulted and robbed an elderly woman on a West Side street.

It happened Valentine’s Day.

The woman was walking along West Cesar Chavez Boulevard near South San Dario when the group surrounded her.

One of them grabbed the woman’s shirt and pulled her down.

The victim hit her head on the concrete and while she was on the ground, one of the juveniles began searching her pockets, grabbing several hundred dollars before running away.

A nearby surveillance camera captured video of the assault.

If you can provide information on the identities of any of the people in the group, call the SAPD’s Robbery Task Force Unit at 210-207-0300.

Police haven’t provided an update on the woman’s condition.
