New Braunfels police say they were able to track down the 13-year-old, who they say called the Guadalupe County 911 call center to make the threat.

The suspect and his parents are cooperating with the investigation.
The 13-year-old is being detained and charged with making a false alarm or report, which is a state jail felony. Police say more charges could be pending.
The department stated that any time a student makes a threat against another person or campus, they will face criminal charges and school discipline.
