Botched drug deal on San Antonio’s East side ends with one dead, another in critical condition

SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) — One person is dead, another in the hospital after a drug deal goes bad on the East side.
San Antonio Police were in the area dealing with another issue when they heard the gunshots.
They made their way to North Gevers and Canton at around 8:30 P.M. Monday where they found one person dead from multiple gun shot wounds.
The second victim, an 18 year old male, was found nearby with two gunshot wounds. He’s in critical condition.
Investigators are gathering information to determine which of the men opened fire first.
Their names haven’t been released.
