Freeze expected in San Antonio and Hill Country areas

SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) — A freeze warning has been issued for counties north and east of San Antonio for Thursday night.
The National Weather Service says a mostly clear sky will allow temperatures to quickly drop overnight, bringing another freeze to the Hill Country and the first freeze of the year for areas east of Interstate 35.
The freeze warning includes Comal, Guadalupe, Hays, Travis, Blanco, Kendall, Bandera, Kerr and others further north and east.
To avoid damage, it is recommended your protect your plants, pets and pipes.
