San Antonio Police: Man arrested for threatening and exposing himself to rideshare driver

SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) — A 35-year-old man was arrested and charged by San Antonio police after reportedly threatening and exposing himself to a rideshare driver.

The incident took place February 11 when a Lyft driver picked up Amarpreet Singh Sindu at the Tipsy Cowgirl Bar on Northwest Loop 410.

According to a police report, Sindu began rapping along with music he was playing from his phone and talked about raping his mother and sister.

At some point he told the driver that they were his “next victim” and began touching the driver’s cheek.

The report goes on to say that the driver pulled over at a gas station and told Sindu to get out of the car.

Then, after getting out of the vehicle, Sindu reportedly dropped his pants and began masturbating in front of the driver.

He eventually pulled his pants back up and walked away.

The Lyft driver was able to pick Sindu out of a photo lineup and police arrested him late last week.

He posted $5,000 bond and was released the same day.
