San Antonio Police: Woman’s ex shoots a man who was visiting at her Southwest Side apartment

SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) — A man who was visiting a woman at her Southwest side apartment is in the hospital after he was shot by the woman’s ex.
Police say it happened at around 2:45 A.M. Tuesday at the Village of Nogalitos Apartments on Ames Avenue.
The victim and the woman were standing outside when her ex-boyfriend showed up. He pulled a gun and shot at the victim, hitting him in the backside.
After shooting the victim, the ex got a bicycle and rode away.
The victim is expected to recover and police are still looking for the ex-boyfriend.
No names have been released.
