San Antonio resident wins $1 million on scratch off

SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) — The Texas Lottery announced today a San Antonio resident won $1 million on a scratch off ticket.
The ticket was purchased at Fair Market on North West Military Highway and the winner has chosen to stay anonymous.
The Texas Lottery says that this was the first of four prizes worth $1 million on Cash Celebration! scratch offs.
