Woman charged with strangling person, aggravated robbery at Windcrest home

SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) — The Windcrest Police Department is announcing the arrest of a woman accused of going into a home and strangling one person before assaulting another.

Investigators say 30-year-old Seleste Sandoval-Pena went inside of a home in the 6400-block of Spindrift Drive without permission on Thursday. Once inside, police say Sandoval-Pena  strangled one victim while telling them she was going to have them killed. When another person in the house tried to stop her, police say she assaulted them. The second victim was injured in the attack, according to a release from WPD.

Investigators say Sandoval-Pena knew the victims, but details on the relationships are not clear.

Police say Sandoval-Pena was also wanted by the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office on a probation violation.
