AMBER Alert called off after missing 2-year-old found

SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) — An AMBER Alert is now cancelled after a missing toddler was found safe.

The San Marcos Police Department called for the AMBER Alert after 2-year-old Legend Torres turned up missing. Police included a suspect in the alert, Joey Torres, 46, who was arrested early Sunday morning in the Dallas area.
